As a true all-in-one solution, the Seydelmann FlexMix mixer takes convenience food production to a new level—and more than deserves the title of “jack-of-all-trades.”
The FlexMix combines numerous process steps into a single system. Whether sautéing, roasting, cooking, braising, steaming, reducing, cooling, or mixing—all applications can be performed efficiently and precisely in one machine. This not only saves time and space but also ensures consistently high product quality.
This versatility is made possible by a well-thought-out technical design: Direct steam nozzles enable rapid cooking and simmering, while the double-walled trough (pillow plates) allows for indirect temperature control up to 160 °C—using either steam, hot water, or thermal oil. Cooling processes can also be carried out using cold water or glycol. Optionally, vacuum re-cooling with condensate separation ensures particularly efficient cooling.
Another highlight is the flexible mixing paddles with scrapers. They adapt perfectly to the product, prevent buildup on the tank walls, and ensure both gentle and intensive mixing processes—depending on the need.
Thanks to numerous optional features, the FlexMix can be individually configured. These include, among others, liquid gas cooling with LN₂ or CO₂, fully automatic recipe controls, integrated CIP cleaning systems, and automatic dosing and weighing technology. Additional equipment such as strainers, electropolished mixing shafts, or frequency-controlled drives further underscore the high standards of efficiency and hygienic design.
With a hopper volume ranging from 600 to 4,700 liters, the FlexMix covers a wide variety of production requirements—from medium-sized businesses to large-scale industrial production.

Seydelmann Grinders - Unidirectional cutting set parts
Incorrectly installed cutting set parts lead to increased wear, product loss and damage to the parts or the grinder. To increase application and user safety in this area too, we have introduced unidirectional cutting set parts.
By adapting the worm pin, the wedge in the worm housing and the corresponding counterparts in the knives and holeplates, the unidirectional Seydelmann cutting set parts can only be inserted in the correct manner. Conventional cutting set parts can still be used.
Existing machines can easily be upgraded to use the non-rotating cutting set parts by replacing the knife pin and the wedge in the worm housing.

Seydelmann expands presentation and consulting options with new showroom
On February 1, 2026, Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann will take over the neighboring building of a former supermarket and open a new showroom there after extensive renovation work. The additional building will give the company more opportunities to present machines and their equipment in a practical setting.
In the new showroom, interested parties will be able to view new machines, demonstration machines, young used machines, and refurbished machines. The aim is to show customers the high quality of new and used machines and to enable them to directly compare different machines and equipment.
Seydelmann machines are characterized by their enormous value retention, i.e., durability and low depreciation. In addition to new machines, numerous – often recent – used machines are available, including lease returns, which represent an economically attractive alternative to new investments. Leasing and financing solutions are also offered for new machines, demonstration machines, and factory-reconditioned machines.
factory-reconditioned machines are technically upgraded to new machine standard at Seydelmann. The refurbishment only begins after the order has been placed, so that individual customer requirements can be taken into account. After complete disassembly, testing, replacement of all safety-relevant and worn parts, and a final test run, the machines are given a new year of manufacture and an updated warranty.
The new showroom perfectly complements the existing customer center. There, machines can be tested under real conditions and products and applications can be developed together with customers.
Parallel to the showroom, Seydelmann is pushing ahead with another major project: the construction of a new surface grinding shop, which will further expand vertical integration and quality while simplifying internal processes and shortening distances.
Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann looks back on a successful 2025 and is focusing on targeted investments to further expand production capacities and customer focus for further growth.

With the founding of the joint venture Vemag-Seydelmann NL B.V., two strong partners are joining forces: Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann, a manufacturer of food processing machines, and Vemag Maschinenbau, a specialist in food filling machines. This close cooperation enables both companies to offer their customers in the Netherlands an even broader product portfolio and optimal support in planning, consulting, and service—fast, competent, and from a single source.
An important milestone in this partnership is the opening of the new headquarters of Vemag-Seydelmann NL B.V. in Oss, the Netherlands, which was celebrated together with customers and employees. The modern location includes a spacious customer center, a parts warehouse, a workshop, a warehouse for new and demonstration machines, as well as office and customer areas.
Focus on customer proximity and efficiency
The new building was constructed with the clear goal of further expanding proximity to customers and enabling even more effective support. The customer center offers comprehensive opportunities for product development and optimization, for example through machine demonstrations and tests of new innovations and equipment—such as state-of-the-art cutting drums.
In addition, a large spare parts warehouse ensures maximum availability of components and the shortest possible response times in the event of service requirements. Vemag-Seydelmann NL B.V. is thus setting new standards in customer service and on-site technical support.
