Emulsifiers
The unique cutting technology of Seydelmann Emulsifiers, the Konti-Kutters, reduces pre-milling and pumpable products to an extreme and uniform fineness at a very high throughput performance by a continuous process.
Emulsifiers
The number and the size of the holes in the hole and cutting plates, as well as by their speed, determine the degree of fineness and throughput performance. Due to the requirements finest particle sizes are possible using up to seven hole and cutting plates, and larger grain sizes at highest throughput performance are possible. The vertical adjustment allows an easy adding and removal of the single plates. The adjustment of the reduction valve at the discharge side of the pipe is another way of controlling the cutting performance, as well as the temperature of the emulsion.
